Kim Dotcom has won another feat in his quarrel against extradition to a US, as a New Zealand justice hassystematic that all justification seized in a 2012 Megaupload raid has to be returned to Kim Dotcom.

“The military are to examination digital information storage inclination and lapse any to a plaintiffs thatenclose no applicable material,” Justice Helen Winkelmann pronounced in a statement. Police, she said, mightretain other storage inclination but had to “provide a counterpart of those inclination to a plaintiffs”.
Kim Dotcom’s extradition conference is scheduled for Aug of this year, though this could be behind because of other associated cases to another justice ruling that found that a 2012 Megaupload raid was enacted withwrong warrants.
